Three steps from a quiet phone to a full schedule.
You pay nothing until there are calls you can hear. We build the site and carry the risk. Your job starts when the phone rings.
In short
Curb & Main works in three steps. It builds a local website for one trade in one town and gets it found on Google and in ChatGPT. It routes every call to the contractor’s phone, with an AI assistant, included in the rent, answering missed calls. It records every call. The contractor hears two weeks of calls, then pays one flat monthly rent.

1. We build the site and get it found.
We’re picky about towns. Before we build anything, we look at who’s already getting found for your trade in your town, on Google and in ChatGPT, and whether that spot can be taken. Some towns are sewn up. Some are wide open. If we can’t get a site found well enough to bring you real calls, we don’t take the town, and we tell you so.
If it passes, we build a site that answers what homeowners there actually ask, and we pay for all of it: the build, the hosting, the content, the phone number.
Getting found means two things now. Ranking on Google, which you’ve heard of. And being one of the two names ChatGPT or the AI box at the top of Google gives when somebody asks for your trade in your town. That takes a site that answers the real questions, names your town, and gets updated every month. It’s the work you’d otherwise pay someone to do, and it’s in the rent.
It takes weeks, and some sites never get there. That risk is ours.

2. Every call rings your phone. Miss one, and the AI phone assistant picks up, day or night.
Calls ring the phone you already carry. You hear “Lead from Curb & Main” first, so you know where it came from.

Your phone rings
one contractor per town: you
On a job or after hours? The AI assistant answers, says it’s an AI, takes the caller’s name, number, and job, and sends you the summary in seconds. You call back when you’re off the ladder. It’s included in the rent.

3. You hear every call. You pay one flat rent.
Every call is recorded, with a notice at the start. Play any of them back. No recording, no lead.
One flat monthly rent, in writing before you start. Month to month, 30 days’ notice. Only you get these calls in your town.
Two weeks of calls before you decide
Your two weeks start once we’re confident the site is ranked well and bringing in calls to our standard. Not before. You get the rent in writing and a few recorded calls, then the calls ring your phone for two weeks. Stop any time and owe nothing.
Carry on, and we both sign one agreement. Nothing is charged before that.
What we don’t promise
A number of calls. We show you recordings instead.
A ranking. Nobody honest can.
That a call becomes a job. That part’s yours.
What we do promise:
the same call is never sold twice.
One contractor per trade in each town. While you rent the calls, nobody else in your trade there gets them.
Quick answers
Tap a question to open or close its answer.
How long before a site produces calls?
Weeks, sometimes longer. You don’t pay until it has calls you can hear.
Does the assistant pretend to be a person?
No. It says it’s an AI first. It never quotes, books, or calls anyone.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly rent for your town’s site, worked out from the calls it already brings in. You get it in writing, with the recordings, before your two weeks start. It’s fixed for the first 12 months and never more than you spend on leads today. It covers the website, hosting, the work of getting it found, the phone number, every call recorded, and the AI phone assistant. See pricing.
