In short

Curb & Main charges one contractor a flat monthly rent for every call a local website brings in from their town. The rent is worked out from the calls the site already gets and given in writing, with recordings, before two weeks of calls. It’s fixed for 12 months, never more than the contractor spends on leads today, and includes the AI phone assistant.

How the rent is set

  1. The site brings in calls first.

We don’t offer a town until its site is found on Google and its calls are recorded. You pay nothing while we get it there.

  2. We work out the rent from those calls.

You see the calls, with the recordings, and the rent, in writing, before your two weeks start.

  3. It’s fixed for 12 months.

If it ever changes after that, you get 30 days’ notice in writing and can leave on the same notice. It’s never more than you spend on leads today.

What the rent covers

  • A website for your trade in your town, kept by us
  • The monthly work that gets it found on Google and in ChatGPT
  • Hosting and every update
  • A phone number, every call recorded
  • The AI phone assistant for the calls you miss
  • A monthly report of what came in
  • Only you in your town
  • No setup fee. No year to sign. 30 days’ notice.

Included: the AI phone assistant

Picks up when you can’t, day or night. Says it’s an AI, takes the caller’s name, number and job, and sends you the summary. It never quotes a price or books a job. It goes live on a site after five test calls; until then, a missed call goes to voicemail and the recording is emailed to you.

Quick answers

Tap a question to open or close its answer.

Is the rent really everything?

Yes. The site, hosting, the monthly work that gets it found, the phone number, the recordings, the AI phone assistant, the report. No setup fee and no extras.

Why don’t you publish one price?

Because towns and trades differ. A site in one town brings in more calls than the same site in another, so the rent comes from what your town’s site actually brings in. You see the calls and the rent before you decide.

Can the rent go up?

It’s fixed for the first 12 months. If it ever changes after that, you get 30 days’ notice in writing and can leave on the same notice.

How do I pay?

By card, monthly, in US dollars, with an invoice each time. Payment is set up only after we’ve both signed, and only after you’ve heard two weeks of calls.

Is your town open?

One contractor per trade per town. If yours is open, you take two weeks of calls on your phone before you pay anything.
