Curb & Main

The terms, in plain English.

What you get, what it costs, how you get out. All of it is in the agreement before a call moves.

In short

Working with Curb & Main gives one contractor every call from a local website in their town, recorded, for a flat monthly rent set from those calls. Never per lead, month to month with 30 days’ notice. An AI phone assistant that answers missed calls is included. Two weeks of calls before deciding, owing nothing if they stop.

The terms

You get Every call and every message from the website, recorded. The AI phone assistant covers the calls you miss.
It costs A flat monthly rent for your town’s site, worked out from the calls it already brings in and given in writing before you start. Never more than you spend on leads today. Never per lead, never a cut of your jobs. The AI phone assistant is included. How the rent is set.
Does the rent change? It’s fixed for the first 12 months, however many calls come in. If it ever changes after that, you get 30 days’ notice in writing and can leave on the same notice.
Only you One contractor per trade in each town.
Length Month to month. 30 days’ notice either way.
Your hours Tell us when you take calls. Calls outside those hours are answered by the assistant and the summary sent to you.
Before you decide Two weeks of calls, starting once the site is ranked and bringing in calls to our standard. Stop any time and owe nothing. Carry on, and the first month runs from day one of those two weeks.
The agreement One document, signed by both of us before anything starts or is charged. Nothing said by email counts until it’s in there.
What stays ours The domain, the site, the content, the number. You get the calls.
Proof A monthly report: what came in, the recordings, what we changed.
Getting out 30 days’ notice in writing. We switch the calls back. Done.

What happens next

  1. Tell us your trade and town.

    One line. No sales call.

  2. We tell you what we have.

A site running, one in the works, or nothing yet.

  3. You see the calls and the rent.

    In writing, before you commit.

  4. Two weeks of calls.

Once the site is bringing in calls to our standard, they ring your phone. Stop any time.

  5. You say yes, and we both sign.

Talk to Joey first if you’d rather. Then the calls are yours.

Who this is for

Any service business in the United States whose customers find them by searching. Siding, driveways, decks, fences, well drilling, foundation repair, and every trade like them.

Especially the ones whose website used to work, and the ones who know they need to do something about AI and don’t know where to start.

AI now answers most searches and names two businesses. If your site wasn’t built for that and nobody picks up when you’re on a job, you’re not one of them, and a competitor who fixed both already is. Here’s the data.

One thing we do promise:

the same call is never sold twice.

One contractor per trade in each town. While you have the calls, nobody else in your trade there gets them.

We say no when

  • We aren’t confident we can get a site for your trade in your town found well enough to get you the calls you need.

  • You already come up first in your town. You don’t need us.

  • You want a promised number of calls or a ranking.

  • You want to buy the site. It’s not for sale.

  • You want to pay per lead.

  • You’re a franchise, national brand, lead reseller, or agency.

We’re not a marketing agency and we don’t build sites for clients. We build sites, keep them, and send you the calls. We don’t buy reviews, and we don’t claim a license or insurance we haven’t checked.
